Desired profile

Qualifications :

As a Sommelier, you are responsible for the development and management of the entire Wine Program for the assigned restaurants. You are expected to dedicate your time, effort, and attention to offering a wine selection that, in both quality and presentation, reflects the vision and brand personality of the restaurants. A strong personality and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with team members and guests who may have varying levels of wine knowledge. Additionally, you must be able to effectively promote and grow the Wine Program within the restaurants.
