The role is responsible for the local and international leisure segments. The Sales Manager will effectively familiarize and grow all current accounts, acquire the new business, and build and maintain rapport with high-net-worth repeat guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management
·  Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality field. Independent luxury hotel and/or international luxury hotel chain brand experience is strongly preferred.
·  Experience as a proactive sales professional at a similar hotel in South East Asia or/and in a resort destination
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·  Strong supervisory and personnel management experience
·  Willing to be entrepreneurial and take risks
·  Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment
·  Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
·  Excellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to change
·  Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
·  Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
·  Imagination and creativity skills, focusing on improving financial performance through aggressive sales and marketing initiatives
·  Positive, outgoing, and self-motivating individual with a pleasant personality
·  Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance in all situations
