Sales Coordinator（海外営業事務）※Japanese Speaking

Job description

You will be responsible for support tasks related to overseas sales.

・Primarily handling communications with travel agencies (specializing in inbound tourism)
・Confirming group room availability and rates internally → Preparing and submitting quotes → Following up until confirmation
・Maintaining good connections with travel agencies that have made inquiries or used our services in the past
・Developing and following up with travel agencies showing potential

海外営業にかかわるサポート業務を担っていただきます。 ・主に旅行会社とのやり取り（インバウンドに特化） ・グループの空室・料金を社内確認 → 見積もり作成して提出 → 決定までのフォローアップ ・問い合わせ、過去利用のあった旅行会社との良好なコネクションの維持 ・ポテンシャルのありそうな旅行会社の開拓やフォロー対応

Qualifications :

【Application Requirements】

・English proficiency: At least conversational level (primarily involves communication via email, phone, and business negotiations).
・Individuals with hotel work experience and strong communication skills.
・Individuals without hotel experience but interested in hotel sales or with travel industry experience.
・PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

・英語レベル：日常会話レベル以上（主にメール・電話・商談によるコミュニケーションが伴います。） ・ホテル勤務経験者で高いコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方 ・ホテル勤務未経験者でもホテルセールスに興味がある方や旅行業経験者の方 ・PCスキル（Word、Excel、Power Point等）
