F&B Team Leader

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Team leader is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. But it needs to meet the following requirements

·  Graduates within one year of graduation: Foreign graduates who have obtained a master's degree or above from overseas universities and graduated within one year, or foreign international students who have obtained a master's degree or above from universities in China and graduated within one year.
·  Graduated over one year ago: Must possess a bachelor's degree or above and have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
