Revenue Manager

Job description

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory, and distribution strategies. The role analyzes market trends and demand patterns to optimize RevPAR and ADR while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve the hotel's commercial objectives.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field

3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within an upscale or luxury hotel

Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization

Proficiency in PMS, RMS, CRS, and distribution systems

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
