As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the daily operation of the All-Day Dining restaurant, and In Room Dining ensuring exceptional guest service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and efficient team performance. This role is responsible for managing service operations, training and motivating colleagues to provide intuitive service, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring a refined Park Hyatt guest experience.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
·  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
·  Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
·  Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
·  Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
·  Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
