As a Bars Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent adherence to Park Hyatt's luxury service standards. This role leads the bar team, manages beverage quality and inventory, develops creative cocktail programs, controls costs, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

· 
3–5 years of experience managing bars or beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

· 
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, mixology, and current beverage trends.

· 
Proven leadership, staff-training, and team-development skills.

· 
Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.

· 
Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.

· 
Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

· 
Knowledge of local alcohol regulations, food safety, and responsible-service practices.

· 
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
