Qualifications :

Your main tasks & responsibilities:

·  Planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events within the hotel's Convention Center.
·  Developing tailored event concepts, including budgets and project timelines.
·  Conducting site inspections and providing dedicated client support throughout the planning process.
·  Coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
·  Collaborating with external vendors and negotiating contracts and service agreements.
·  Monitoring event budgets and preparing performance reports and analyses.
·  Taking responsibility for delivering an exceptional guest experience at every event.

Your Profile:

·  At least 3 years of experience as an Event Planning Executive or already in the position of Event Planning Manager in a hotel environment.
·  Experience managing the full event planning lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
·  Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
·  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·  Creativity and the ability to develop and implement innovative event concepts.
·  German language proficiency is highly preferred.
·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
