Job description

1.与餐饮部经理共同对餐饮营运进行频繁而全面的检查。
Conducts frequent and thorough operation inspections together with the Food and Beverage Manager.
2.监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
3.对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的认知和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives.
4.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
5.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
6.经常亲自证实咖啡厅客人得到的是最好的服务。
Personally and frequently verifies that guests in the Market Café are receiving the best possible service
7.在咖啡厅区域花时间巡视以确保员工很好地管理咖啡厅区域并使各项工作达到最佳满意度。
Spends time in the Market Café to ensure that the Market Café is managed well by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations.
8.确保员工在(服务)客人时可以联系到,并提供热情,真诚的服务。
Ensures our associates (service) are always reachable while it is needed by customers and show passion and enthusiasm to provide our authentic service.
9.不断评估当地、国内和国际市场趋势、供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力和领先位置。
Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel's operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
10.在营运过程中将对于餐饮产品的检验和监督贯穿始终,并在适当的情况下作出反馈。
Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

任职资格:
Qualification:
1.2-3年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
Working experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel for 2-3years.
2.优秀的英语口译及书写能力。
Very good English skills (written & verbal).
3.精通计算机程序、熟知软件及电子表格系统。
Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs.
4.领导才能、培训技巧、组织能力、积极/主动的工作态度/有承受压力的能力。
Good leadership skills / good training conducting skills /Strong organization skills/Positive attitude to work and ability to work under pressure.
