Maintenance Trainee

Join the Engineering team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona as a Maintenance Trainee. This is an administrative and technical-support role focused on organizing maintenance documentation, updating preventive maintenance plans, supporting data analysis, and assisting with internal reporting.

Main Tasks

Update and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and technical records

·
Support the Engineering team with administrative documentation and reporting

·
Organize supplier information, maintenance logs, compliance files, and equipment records

·
Use Excel to analyze data, track KPIs, and manage databases

·
Prepare internal presentations and reports using PowerPoint

·
Assist with coordination of external service providers

·
Apply technical skills in electronics , informatics , Office tools , and reading of technical plans and schematics

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· 
Currently enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training (FP) program in Electronics or Informatics

· 
Strong technical skills: electronics, informatics, Office package, reading of technical plans and schematics

· 
Fluent in Spanish with good English communication skills

· 
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

· 
Able to sign a training agreement with your school

· 
Available for a full-time 6‑month internship

· 
Authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-recognized education program
