Hyatt Regency Tashkent presents 300 guest rooms in downtown Tashkent. The prestigious hotel offers 2 restaurants, a bar and significant event facilities. Tashkent is the capital and the most cosmopolitan city in Uzbekistan. Tree-lined streets and picturesque green areas surround the hotel. Within close distance are various government offices, hotels, shops and restaurants, foreign embassies, landmarks and tourist attractions. Immediately adjacent to the Hotel is the National Library.

Scope of Job:

to assist the Director of Finance in the effective implementation of all Information Systems Policies and Procedures

·
to implement an effective, efficient and uninterrupted day-to-day operation of the Information Systems in all areas of the Hotel. To ensure an effective administration, reporting system and transfer of skills in all related areas.

·
to provide Technical Assistance, advice and know-how to the Hotel management so as to minimize overhead expenses and maximize productivity in all areas

Responsibilities:

·
Provide day-to-day and overall management of the IT department: organize, coordinate, and supervise the team's work

· Ensure uninterrupted operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure and key systems, including OPERA PMS, iScala Financial, 1C Accounting, Simphony POS (Food & Beverage), TAC (SPA), Mitel PABX, IPTV systems, and Wi-Fi service.
· Regularly monitor and control the quality level of IT services delivered.
· Organize timely and high-quality support for hotel employees and guests (user support/guest support), including coordination with vendors and contractors.
· Improve the reliability of IT equipment and software through preventive maintenance, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
· Administer and control network resources (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, access, and related equipment).
· Manage information security risks and ensure hotel-wide information security at all levels (access control, policies, compliance, prevention).
· Prepare and manage the IT department budget; control budget execution (OPEX/CAPEX).
· Ensure compliance with corporate standards for IT hardware and software.
· Lead internal hotel IT projects and develop the IT infrastructure in line with the company's mission and strategy.
· Develop project and technical documentation, internal procedures, and IT-related regulations/guidelines.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests, contractors, and colleagues; confident negotiation skills.
·  In-depth knowledge of hospitality systems and technologies: Micros/Simphony, OPERA, 1C, PBX, LAN, Wi-Fi, IPTV, satellite broadcasting.
·  Knowledge of iScala/SAP/TAC systems is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
·  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel IT management role.
·  Experience in an international hotel chain is a plus.
·  Languages: English — Upper-Intermediate (ability to read and write technical documentation); Russian — Advanced.
