HR Data Analyst (Hybrid opportunity)

Grow your career as HR Data Analyst within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing key performance indicators, and managing databases, including personnel catalogs, vacation records, and labor cost data (budget and forecast).
This role also oversees the transformation of raw data into actionable insights by creating clear, business-oriented reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
Essential Functions:

Function A: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and operational data to support decision-making.

Gather relevant data and provide insights that help guide strategic and operational decisions.
·
Function B: Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
·
Create measurable indicators to track progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
·
Design, implement, and continuously expand innovative sourcing strategies across multiple and emerging channels through direct sourcing, social media recruitment, university partnerships, recruitment marketing, networking events, passive candidate engagement, job boards optimization, employee referral programs, and identification of new attraction sources to build robust and diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, reduce dependency on external agencies, and maintain competitive edge in talent attraction.

Function C: Manage and update databases, including personnel catalogs and vacation records.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems for smooth operations.

Function D: Prepare and monitor labor cost reports, including budget and forecast analysis
·
Track personnel costs and provide financial projections to support planning and budgeting.
·
Function E: Design and deliver dashboards and visual reports for various stakeholders.
·
Present data in an easy-to-understand format to facilitate quick and informed decisions.

Function F: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
·
Maintain high-quality data and adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Create partnership with Corporate Data Governance to ensure integrity in our data bases.

Function G: Collaborate from an HR stand point with Finance and Operations teams to identify reporting needs.

Work closely with different departments to understand and fulfill their data requirements.

Function H: Provide recommendations based on data trends and insights.
·
Offer actionable suggestions to improve processes and optimize resource allocation.
·

Qualifications:
Experience:
·
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field required.
·
Minimum 2 years of Data Analysis or related positions.
·
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
·
Demonstrates ability to handle large datasets, generate insights, and maintain accurate records.
·
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
·
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
·
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) essential for creating dynamic reports, dashboards, and performing advanced data manipulation.

Knowledge of HR processes and labor cost management add value by understanding HR workflows and cost structures for accurate forecasting.
·
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Critical for interpreting data trends and providing actionable recommendations.
