Job description

·
Safely operate hotel vehicles to collect and deliver items, supplies, and materials as requested by department.

· Assist with loading/unloading supplies and shelving in the stores and warehouses.
·
Ensure timely pick‑up of orders from vendors, maintaining accuracy in delivery notes, invoices, and documentation.

·
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, trip logs, fuel levels, and basic maintenance checks to ensure readiness at all times.

·
Coordinate with the teams to support inventory movement, urgent purchases, and special logistical requirements.

·
Uphold hotel service standards by demonstrating professional conduct, guest courtesy, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Valid UAE driving license with proven experience driving light vehicles for hotels or corporate entities.

· 
Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and safe‑driving practices.

· 
Ability to handle procurement documents, follow purchasing procedures, and communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
