Description

You will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department. You will work with the team to manage all tasks related to cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and suites. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager with assigning Housekeeping Attendants and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also work closely with the Engineering team to report and resolve room issues through the hotel's system.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Thai National with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
·  Minimum of 1 year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office and ability to learn property operational systems, i.e. Opera, HotSOS are a plus.
