·  A passion for delivering exceptional service, along with the ability to inspire and engage both guests and team members alike
·  A strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail
·  The ability to lead by example on the restaurant floor and consistently uphold the highest service standards
·  Excellent organizational skills, combined with a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
·  Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a key liaison between the team, management, and other departments
·  Strong sales skills and a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences
·  Confidence in using modern POS systems, ideally with experience in MICROS / Simphony systems
