About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sound Healing & Energy Healing Specialist to join our wellness team. This role is ideal for a dedicated practitioner who is committed to helping guests achieve greater balance, relaxation, and wellbeing through holistic healing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate individual and group Sound Healing sessions using singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

Provide professional Energy Healing treatments, including Reiki, chakra balancing, Pranic Healing, or other recognized healing modalities.

·
Conduct wellness consultations to assess guests' needs and customize treatments accordingly.

·
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes healing, relaxation, and self-discovery.

·
Educate guests on the benefits of sound therapy, energy healing, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices.

·
Collaborate with spa and wellness colleagues to develop and enhance integrated wellness programs and guest experiences.

Support wellness retreats, workshops, special events, and signature wellbeing activities.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Certification in Sound Healing, Reiki, Energy Healing, Vibrational Therapy, or a related holistic healing discipline.

· 
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a wellness center, spa, retreat, resort, or hospitality environment.

· 
Strong understanding of holistic wellbeing, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and energy-based healing approaches.

· 
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences through a compassionate and client-centered approach.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.

· 
Experience working with international clientele is highly desirable.
