Job description

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments while ensuring the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver a variety of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness rituals in accordance with Alila standards.
· Conduct professional consultations to identify guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
· Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest.
· Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
· Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences.
· Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
· Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
· Assist in achieving departmental goals, guest satisfaction targets, and revenue objectives.
· Support colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

·  Recognized certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort spa, or wellness facility.
·  Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, facials, and wellness practices.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Professional appearance and a genuine passion for guest care and well-being.
·  Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to guest needs.
·  Previous experience in a luxury island resort or international hospitality brand will be an advantage.
·  Good command of spoken and written English.
