Job description

The Assistant Manager - Hygiene is responsible to ensure that all outlets and Event Services meet the hygiene and safety standards of the hotel and government legislations. The incumbent is also responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
·  Work experience in a similar capacity in hotel industry is preferred
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential
·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia
