What you will do as a Head Team Leader

· Conducting daily floor inspections walks ensuring all areas including corridors, lift landings, pantries and service areas are in good condition and take action, as required.
· Allocating special deep cleaning jobs including task of the week and special project porters distributing tracking sheets to the Team Leader and communicating with the BOC accordingly, ensuring the tasks are completed and returned within deadlines
· Inspecting VIP rooms after Team Leader preparation, recording all findings via HotSos Manager Inspection, addressing and rectifying any potential issues on the spot
· Ensuring guest feedbacks are followed up by Team Leaders and We care log updated
· Conducting daily inspections of FOH & BOH Public Areas & Meeting Rooms spot checking cleanliness and upkeep, reporting any maintenance/ H&S issue in HotSos and following up on resolution.
· Reviewing weekly function forecasts and liaising with Housekeeping Administrator to ensure adequate Public Area manning is organized
· Assisting Housekeeping Management team completing and recording regular Check In Conversations and annual Year End Reviews and Goal Settings
· Conduct a daily closing walk to ensure all corridors, Maid services and lift landings are clean and tidy
· Take over any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the scope of the role, whenever reasonably instructed to do so
