Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning schedules, quality control, team supervision, and interdepartmental coordination. This position requires a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms and public areas
·  Lead and train housekeeping staff, manage schedules and performance
·  Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet brand standards
·  Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
·  Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service
·  Monitor inventory levels and place orders for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
·  Maintain records, reports, and housekeeping logs
·  Ensure compliance with Park Hyatt's hygiene and service standards
·  Assist the Housekeeping Manager and support team administration and operations

Qualifications:

·  Proven experience in housekeeping or facility operations in a hotel or similar environment
·  Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail
·  Experience in supervising and training a team
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
·  Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
·  Fluency in Japanese and English (bilingual skills are highly valued)
