Key Responsibilities:

· Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in accordance with the hotel's standards, with the goal of maximising guest satisfaction.

· Be adaptable and willing to support different sub-departments within F&B or other areas of the hotel as required.

· Ensure guests receive the highest level of personalised service at all times.

· Report any guest complaints or issues to a supervisor if no immediate solution can be provided, and ensure appropriate follow-up.

· Stay informed of hotel activities and ensure smooth handover of pending matters to the next shift for action and follow-up.

· Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene at all times.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and all other departments.

· Offer full support to the team and supervisors, and take on any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

· Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

· Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

· A proactive, well-presented, and guest-focused attitude is key to success in this role.
