Handle phone calls about room and restaurant reservations

Input reservation details accurately into the booking system

·
Work with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Exceptional guest service skills

· 
Arabic language skills would be an advantage

· 
Ideally with a university degree or diploma

· 
Minimum 1 year work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
