Desired profile
  Qualifications :    
·    Education:   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required. A postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered a strong asset. 
·    Language:   Fluency in   English and Portuguese   is essential (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered a plus. 
·    Experience:   E    xperience in Sales leadership roles   within the hospitality industry, preferably in international hotel brands. 
·  Proven track record of   driving commercial results    , managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams. 
·  Strong background in   strategic account management    ,   business development    , and   multichannel sales strategy    . 
·  Advanced knowledge of   hotel revenue management    ,   market segmentation    , and   commercial analytics    . 
·  Excellent   executive communication    , negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
·  Demonstrated ability to   inspire teams    , foster collaboration, and lead organizational change with resilience and empathy. 
·  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools (Hyatt systems experience is an advantage).
