Desired profile
  Qualifications :    
·    Education    : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required. A postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered a strong asset. 
·    Language    : Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered a plus. 
·    Experience    : Experience in Sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in international hotel brands. 
·  Proven track record of driving commercial results, managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams. 
·  Strong background in strategic account management, business development, and multichannel sales strategy. 
·  Advanced knowledge of hotel revenue management, market segmentation, and commercial analytics. 
·  Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
·  Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and lead organizational change with resilience and empathy. 
·  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools (Hyatt systems experience is an advantage).
