Qualifications :

Good knowledge of traditional pastry baking techniques, keep up with cooking trends and best practices, good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards (e.g., HACCP), Creative ability in designing, decorating, and filling confectionery
