· You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
· The Guest Services Officer is responsible for meeting and greeting all guests, assisting with check-in and check-out registrations, and providing food and beverage service.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  Fluent in English, and Korean
