Job description

· Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the Grand Club Lounge
· Work alongside the team to achieve service of excellence and maximize guest satisfaction
· Ensure the cleanliness of working stations and equipment could meet ISO22000 standards
· Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
·  Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
·  A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
