Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
· 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, guest service, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
· Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is an advantage.
· Strong proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varied shifts.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
