Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relations Manager is responsible to manage and lead respective team members to enhance guest experience, curate special occasion memories, handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions in coordination with other departments, conveying VIP arrivals to the management, monitoring and leading Guest satisfaction meeting with other departments.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. ยท Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
