Job description
Guest Interaction and Experience:
Establish a rapport with guests to maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle all guest complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring follow-up and resolution to the highest satisfaction.
Greet and seat guests according to established standards, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Reservations and Table Management:
Handle VIPs and group reservations using the Table check systems, maximizing bookings and table covers.
Check, update, and follow up on daily events and reservations.
Menu and Food Knowledge:
Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu, including the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternatives.
Be flexible in meeting special guest requests for specific reservations, food, and beverage needs.
Administrative and Financial Duties:
Perform cashiering functions, including computing bills, accepting payments, and ensuring accurate cash handling in accordance with Infrasys procedures.
Create and maintain guest profile notes in TableCheck in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration and Development:
Work collaboratively with other employees and departments in the spirit of “We work through Teams.”

Qualifications :
Key Skills and Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain guest relationships.
Familiarity with reservation systems (Table check).
Knowledge of Infrasys systems for cashiering duties.
Thorough understanding of food and beverage service, including menu offerings and pairing recommendations.
Flexible and adaptable to meet guest needs and operational challenges.
