Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible to be in charge of the Guest Experience daily operations leading the Front Office team to ensure warm, friendly and efficient services are provided for all guests upon check-in, during stay and upon check-out. The role requires to work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
• 2-3 years in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
