Job description
This position will be responsible for supporting the China Global Sales team from a business administration perspective.
This role will help co-ordinate sales reporting and analytics, sales activities, administration needs, customer assistance and functional support to plan and assist the HSF team execute Hyatt Sales Force events.
Main Responsibilities
• Create a culture of success for ongoing business and goal achievement
• Support the team with reporting and analytics of key accounts managed and potential.
• Actively supporting the planning and execution of events organized by Hyatt Sales Force
• Provide account administrative support to Global Sales team members in China to ensure global sales administration and operations excellence
• Work with RVP Global Sales China to coordinate sales strategies that contribute to Hyatt strategic vision and positioning in the market
• Develop strong business relationships with the key internal business partners to understand and deliver on their needs, as well as drive their engagement with our sales strategies, tools and systems
• Oversee the evaluation and development of core sales systems and processes to ensure technology is being used as a strategic enabler to drive revenue
• Assist offices with Lead generation and system support to ensure hotels receive leads in a timely manner
• Prepare and control Hyatt Sales Force expenses and ensure it is line with budget
• Strong adherence to Global Privacy
• Effectively writes data visualization reports to solve business needs for the department

Qualifications :
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administrations, Marketing is preferred
