Job description

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in the pre-opening and successful launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional guest experiences and a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

This role is ideal for a leader who leads with care, inspires teams, and consistently achieves outstanding customer service scores and upselling results, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead pre-opening front office setup, systems, and brand standards
· Deliver consistently high guest satisfaction and service quality scores
· Drive upselling initiatives to maximize room revenue and ancillary income
· Manage productivity, staffing, and cost controls effectively
· Coach, develop, and motivate front office teams to perform at their best
· Partner closely with Rooms, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams for seamless operations

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

·  University degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in a Front Office leadership role (pre-opening experience optional)
·  Proven track record of achieving excellent customer service scores
·  Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management
·  Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
·  Demonstrated success in upselling and revenue-driving initiatives
· 
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead in a dynamic environment
