Qualifications :

· Warmly welcome customers on their arrival with thoughtfulness and attention and assist them with check-in formalities.
· Show, if busy, a sign of welcome (Smile, Look, ....etc).
· Prepare welcome cards and keys for guests' arrival.
· Provide all necessary information to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay at the hotel.
· Register guests on the OPERA system.
· Prepare and ensure strict control of room keys.
· Ensure that Hyatt's operational standards and norms are respected and applied.
· Respond to customer and guest requests and ensure that the necessary follow-up is implemented.
· Handle customer requests and follow up with various departments (Housekeeping, Restaurants, Room Service, Spa...Etc).
· Take customer requests into consideration and respond to them as quickly as possible.
· Guarantee the quality of services offered to guests.
