Job description
To check-in /out guests in accordance with established standards
Know and adhere to the following policies & procedures:
Rebates
Cash Advance
Travelers Checks
Credit Cards
Paid Out
Provide/close safety deposit boxes for guests
Exchange money for guests in accordance with the hotel’s foreign exchange policy & procedure.
Pay attention to all of guest in Lobby area.
Telephone
Operate the switchboard
Place requested wake-up calls
Ensure all calls are answered courteously, efficiently and timely
Bill guests for manual calls in accordance with established policy
Ensure incoming faxes for guests are complete, legible and delivered to the room within 15 minutes after receipt.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Candidate must have experience of 1 year in resort property along with same role.
