Food & Beverage Host – Hotel San Fernando, Condesa

Located just steps away from the iconic Parque México in the vibrant Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, Hotel San Fernando is a boutique property of the renowned Bunkhouse brand, blending the history of a 1947 Art Deco building with contemporary design inspired by the city's rich cultural heritage.

We are seeking an F&B Host who enjoys being the first point of contact for our guests and diners, providing a warm, organized, and memorable dining experience. We are looking for a service-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, excited to be part of a project that breathes design, community, and excellence in food and beverage service.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Welcome and greet guests and diners, ensuring a friendly and seamless arrival experience.

· 
Manage waitlists, table assignments, and coordination with kitchen and service teams.

· 
Provide restaurant service, including order taking and food delivery.

· 
Support bar operations and barista duties, including beverage and coffee preparation when needed.

· 
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with hotel standards.

· 
Support compliance with rules, internal policies, and service standards.

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or guest-facing roles is preferred.
·  Strong interest in customer service, attention to detail, and direct guest interaction.
·  Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
·  Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume service periods.
·  Conversational English skills preferred.
·  Availability to work rotating schedules and days off based on operational needs.
