Job description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting processes at the hotel. Responsibilities include:
· Posting monthly transactions
· Preparing monthly invoices and statements
· Posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger as needed
· Communicating with customers regarding collections issues
· Assisting various special projects as assigned including receiving, inventory and purchase orders
· Hotel cash bank
· Any other duties as assigned

· Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
· Two Years experience at same position
