Currently, we are seeking an experienced Event Sales Executive to join Park Hyatt Saigon to join and continue with us in our significant journey.

Job Description

Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.

Follows all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up

Maintains an efficient and accurate filing system to record all sales agreements, contracts and quotations

Together with Event Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads.

Undertakes telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities and meet designated revenue targets

Assist with the preparation and regular update of the departmental budget

Exposure to trends with other luxury brands and services

Increase knowledge of all aspects of our food and beverage product and service

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirement

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management or relevant major

Proven record experience as Event Sales Executive in international luxury hotel

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills

Great English communication skills
