Event Planning Executive

Job description

We are looking for an Event Planning Executive to join our Event Planning Team — a role at the heart of event logistics, where clear communication, coordination, and attention to detail make the difference between a good event and an exceptional one.

You will act as the key bridge between the client and the hotel's operational departments, ensuring that client expectations are clearly translated into operational plans and delivered seamlessly. From internal alignment to execution follow-ups, you will be responsible for making sure that what was promised is what gets delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate event requirements between clients and operational departments (F&B, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping).

Clearly communicate event details to internal teams to ensure full understanding of client expectations.

·
Oversee cross‑department alignment, ensuring timely follow‑up and accountability throughout the event lifecycle.

Support event execution by monitoring readiness, timelines, and handling last‑minute adjustments.

·
Work with external AV service providers to ensure seamless event logistics.

·
Act as the primary on‑site contact during events, coordinating closely with operational teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions, including menu options and event enhancements.
