· Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
· Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
· Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility
· Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives
· Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics

· Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
· Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
· Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategic, data-driven marketing plans
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
· Proficient in digital marketing, social media and web-based analytics tools
· Highly organized, with the ability to priorities multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
