Job description

1.Overall responsible for the daily operation and management of the rooms, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
2. Develop and implement the work procedures, service standards and management systems of rooms, and enhance service quality.
3. Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, linen management, maintenance of public areas, to ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
4. Coordinate the work of various departments, convey the instructions of the general manager, and follow up on the progress of task execution.
5. Coordinate the cooperation among the front office department, housekeeping department and other departments to enhance the customer's stay experience.
6. Responsible for training of rooms, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting team building, with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of the employees.
7. Control department costs, rationally allocate resources, and enhance operational efficiency.
8. Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

1. More than 3 years of experience in rooms, with a good understanding of the hotel operation process.
2. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, and be capable of effectively managing the team and driving the execution process.
3. Pay attention to details and have strict requirements for hygiene and service standards.
4. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle emergencies
