What you will do as a Demi Chef de Partie:

· The preparation all aspects of the pastry MEP.
· To assist the CDP and Sous chef.
· To be able to follow instructions clearly.
· To be able to work well within a team.
· Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent
· Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety
· Maintaining areas of work and machinery
· Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
· Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
· To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels
· Continued learning and progression
