This is a production-focused position requiring solid culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality. You will consistently deliver dishes that meet Hyatt's high standards while monitoring food production, quality, and consistency daily.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and present authentic Hindi cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
· Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily.
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations .
· Adapt menus to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions .
· Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· 
Proven experience as a cook, including hands-on experience with Hindi cuisine preparation and presentation .

·  Strong knowledge of hygiene and health regulations in the kitchen.
·  Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment .
·  Excellent organizational and communication skills .
·  Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
