Job description
The Chef de Partie (Western) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of Western cuisine. This role supports the kitchen team by maintaining consistent food standards, efficient operations, and adherence to hygiene and food safety requirements.
· Prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
· Manage and organize the assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth operations.
· Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Support and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Western kitchen.
· Good knowledge of Western cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
