F&B Attendant

Job description

The F&B Attendant – Chinese Restaurant (All Day Dining) is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout the day. This role supports restaurant operations by ensuring a welcoming dining experience, maintaining service quality, and providing attentive guest service in a Chinese dining environment.

· Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant.
· Take orders and serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
· Assist guests with menu information and make recommendations when appropriate.
· Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
· Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a restaurant environment.
·  Good communication skills in English; additional languages such as Chinese are an advantage.
·  Friendly and service-oriented personality with a professional appearance.
·  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
