Cluster Director of Human Resources

Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Cluster Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou and Park Hyatt Guangzhou.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
