At ANdAZ Gold Coast, our venues move with the rhythm of the day — bright mornings, long lunches, golden-hour cocktails and evenings that unfold slowly into night. We're looking for a Venue Manager who knows how to lead that rhythm with confidence, creativity and care.

This role is for someone who thrives on the floor. A natural host who is a strong operator. Someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details — the pace of service, the mood of a room, the way a guest feels without needing to ask.

You'll lead one of our signature venues, guiding the team, elevating the guest experience and creating a culture that feels warm, polished and genuinely connected.

What You'll Do

· Lead daily venue operations with a strong presence on the floor

· Inspire and develop a high-performing service team

· Deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency and personality

· Manage rostering, labour, stock control and operational performance

· Maintain elevated standards across service, presentation and ambience

· Partner closely with culinary and beverage teams to bring experiences to life

· Drive team engagement, training and accountability

· Support commercial outcomes while protecting the integrity of the guest experience

Qualifications :

· Proven leadership experience within premium restaurants, bars or lifestyle hotels

· A hands-on operator with strong service instincts

· Confidence leading fast-paced, high-volume environments

· Passion for food, beverage and contemporary hospitality culture

· Strong communication and team development skills

· Commercial awareness with an eye for detail

· Calm, adaptable and solutions focused

· You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
