We're looking for a Venue Manager to lead this experience with confidence, charisma and operational excellence. Someone who understands both pace and atmosphere. Someone who can lead a high-volume venue while making every guest feel seen.

This is a role for a modern hospitality leader — equal parts host, operator and culture builder.

What You'll Do

· Lead the daily operation of the Pool Club with strong floor presence
· Create an energetic, seamless and elevated guest experience
· Inspire, coach and develop a dynamic front-of-house team
· Drive service standards across poolside dining, beverage service and VIP experiences
· Manage labour, stock, compliance and venue performance
· Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on activations, programming and seasonal experiences
· Maintain the look, feel and rhythm of the venue throughout the day
· Support revenue growth while protecting the guest experience and team culture

·  Proven leadership experience within premium restaurants, beach clubs, lifestyle hotels or high-energy venues
·  Strong understanding of luxury yet relaxed hospitality
·  Experience managing high-volume service environments
·  Passion for music, food, beverage and social dining culture
·  Natural leadership presence with exceptional communication skills
·  Commercially minded with strong organisational ability
·  Calm under pressure and highly adaptable
·  You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
