Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Club Lounge Manager is responsible for delivering the brand promise by overseeing the Regency Club operations, including the reception and lounge areas, ensuring it operates successfully and efficiently in accordance with Hyatt’s brand guidelines.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of wellness professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
