What you will do:
· Assist with the efficient running of the department
· Supervise the assigned section in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product

Qualifications :
What you should have:
· Minimum 3-4 years work experience as Commis in a hotel or pastry with good standards
· Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage
· Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
